New users must be members of the Xerox Amateur Radio Club. At least in theory. We won't be too fussy at this point. If you are on the mailing list, or work at Xerox, or have worked at Xerox you will likely be approved. At some point we may limit some features for dues paying members, but that is TBD. Our main focus is to keep out spammers and hackers.
